- Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 10 business days and your order will be delivered to the address you designated. PayPal users, we ship to your verified paypal address in order to be protected in the PayPal seller protection program. An email will be dispatched to your order's email address with your tracking information.
- Privacy & Security All your information is kept safe, no personal information will ever be given, sold, or misused by us. For orders, we use secure socket layer (SSL) to protect the flow of data between your browser and our servers. The infomation that is collected by us is the required for a successful business operation which may include: email, first and last name, billing and shipping address(es), phone number(s), these things will be collected by us or our trusted third party(ies) which may include (authorize.net, google checkout, wachovia merchant services, or Paypal). Due to the fact that we are using payment gateways such as outlined, we may not be able to see or process your credit card personally, this creates a good barrier against fraud and since we do not see your personal payment information you can be ensured that our payment processors will use the highest security standards.
- Returns & Replacements We accept returns and replacements only when certain factors have been met. First, the item is not damaged and is in fully working condition. We will only repair the "mod" chip itself and it's associated components. The return shipping fee is to be paid by the buyer and unless protected under the warranty program, the buyer may as well have to pay the return shipping fee.
- Ordering Ordering is done through the secure servers of our payment processing companies. We do not keep any sensitive financial information other than the shipping and billing addresses as well as order data neccessary for us to perform our business functions. *All orders are sent through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for your safety and assurance.
- Ordering with a PayPal account
In the off chance our paypal checkout is not enabled or not working correctly, you will not see it as a checkout medium. If this is so, we recommed you create an autogenerated PayPal plugin mastercard card number by going here.
Method A: After creating a paypal plugin card number visit our website and add the items you would like to purchase. Once you are done click the "my cart" button at the top right of our website and click on the google checkout button. In the next screen, you can sign in to google if you have a GMAIL account or you can enter your new paypal credit card number in the fields towards the bottom left without signing in. Please make sure you use a working email address to receive the order confirmations. Proceed and complete checkout.
Method B: After creating a paypal plugin card number you need to create a www.Gmail.com email account and verify it, or use a previous account. After completing that, go to checkout.google.com and link your newly created Gmail email address to Google checkout. Once that is verified, log into your account, then towards the top of the screen click "my account" and locate the payment section and click either, "add a new payment method" or "edit payment method". Once there, use the autogenerated paypal plugin mastercard information as your card information and use your paypal verified address as the card address (or your billing address). Once you have linked your paypal account to your Google Checkout account, you will need to return to our website and add the products you would like to purchase and then click the "my cart" link towards the top right of our website. After doing so, please verify the totals in the cart and proceed to checkout by clicking the google checkout button. Log into your google checkout in the next screen if neccessary and proceed with checkout using the newly linked PayPal plugin mastercard number.
- *The money will be withdrawn from your PayPal account, if you do not have enough funds, your purchase will be declined.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions An order is not considered "paid" until the seller's payment source has been debited the amount for the order. If any changes should arrise, we have the right to refund any amount, any item or service from the original order in order to fulfill the majority of the placed order. The buyer will be notified of such refund.
- Viewing Orders Orders are viewable via the user control panel order history. You are also emailed a "successful payment" email with the details of your order.
- Updating Account Information Users can update account information by logging into their user account and following the various links to change name, address, telephone, email, and many other personal identifiers.
